Ep 041 - [Tough Love] Unapologetically You: Embracing Your Authentic Self

In this episode of Redefining Motherhood, join me as I talk about being true to yourself. I start off by saying how I'm changing things up with shorter episodes and rethinking what it means to be a mom.

I share my thoughts on how social media can make us feel like we have to start our own businesses, but I say it's okay if that's not for you. I also share my story about finding meaning and identity after becoming a mom. I've grown so much personally and found happiness by being myself and I encourage you all to do the same. Being authentic and true to who you are is really important, even if it's scary sometimes. And we have to face the fact that there will always be someone who just doesn’t understand our journey, and that’s ok.  

I finish off the episode by asking everyone to embrace their uniqueness and live life in a way that feels right for them, not worrying about what others think. Remember, it's all about being real and staying true to yourself, no matter what.
